Careers

Attorneys

At Rayburn Cooper & Durham, P.A. we continue to look for attorneys with a commitment to excellence and attention to client service that is compatible with the culture of our firm.  We expect our associates to take responsibility for important matters as soon as they are able.  During our hiring process we carefully evaluate applicants and make sure that all final applicants are given an opportunity to visit with each of the shareholders and associates.  This commitment of time and resources in the hiring process is reflective of our desire to hire the right people to enhance our practice.  We seek to hire attorneys who will become shareholders in the firm, and once hired, we invest a considerable amount of time, effort and money in training and mentoring associates to solve problems, advocate and lead.

Summer Associates Program

The summer program is an important element in our overall recruiting.   We attempt to provide a realistic experience for summer associates by providing an overall view of our firm’s practice.  Each summer associate is assigned a mentor to help guide him or her through the summer program.  Our goal is to make sure that each summer associate not only gets to know the culture of the firm but also the community.
