Summer Associates Program The summer program is an important element in our overall recruiting. We attempt to provide a realistic experience for summer associates by providing an overall view of our firm’s practice. Each summer associate is assigned a mentor to help guide him or her through the summer program. Our goal is to make sure that each summer associate not only gets to know the culture of the firm but also the community.
